"Great stay very close to KI. Large rooms for kids and adults to game or watch movies. Ball diamond right across the street to practice in downtime. Nice showers, kitchen and large table so we can all sit together for meals. Best part is just a few minutes from KI for quick back and forth for little kid naps and breaks. We would stay again!! Only downside is narrow parking but not a game changer!"

"We booked for a single night for a season end volleyball tourney and was pleasantly content with this booking! VERY clean, very easy to work with, no issues all all. Would certainly consider again if back in Hamilton. "

"The property was in a nice location. It was clean and well appointed. Large space however could be better utilized. Also need more lounge seating. Otherwise really enjoyed the stay,beds were comfy and again really well situated for restaurants."

"This house was perfect for our family of 9! The only negative comment would be there were not enough dishes to serve the number of people the house can sleep, or enough cook ware to cook & serve a full dinner. The only oven cookware were cookie sheets. The kitchen is huge with so much potential & half of the cabinets were empty. Breakfast was the only meal we ate in the house because of it. "The space worked for what we needed that weekend. Unfortunately, a few things occurred/noticed. They use credit card processing outside of VRBO and caused credit card to alert for fraud and not process easily. The yard had not been tended to in a while and was overgrown. The neighbors were a bit rough looking in nature cause for concern. Someone was smoking a lot of weed in the basement one night and property smelled. "
