"These luxury apartments are amazing! The staff is extremely responsive, very respectful, and go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. Francesco and Rocco were both fabulous. Our bus to Monopoli arrived much later than we anticipated, but they continued to stay in touch with us to request status updates and understand when they needed to pick us. "First I will acknowledge that the owner helped us the first day with the air conditioner. The air conditioner, only cool, living and kitchen area and hallway. Very little gets into the two bedrooms we had to have the floor fan on. Which means they must know it doesn't cool the rooms because if not, they wouldn't have the floor fans. "We had a wonderful week at this gorgeous property. The Trulli is a joy to stay in and we loved the outdoor space with the pool where we sat and ate dinner and played cards in the evening. It is well maintained and secure. It’s very close to great beaches, and picturesque town and villages. The host was very welcoming and made our check-in and check out very easy.
