"A gorgeous property and I LOVED the Safari tent! My only feedback would be to let people know where the light switch for the tents are... I didn't find it until I was leaving and by then I had brought myself a head torch because I didn't realise there was a light. Hahaha!"

"Spent a week at Denhams Beach and enjoyed every minute. House & amenities were great. Location convenient to all things touristy and the views spectacular. Would definitely love to visit again!"

"Location is fantastic, access to the properly was easy. House had everything you need. Bed was too soft for me but might be ideal for others. Minor upgrades and maintenance required.Overall a nice place to stay. "

"A great property, close to everything and beautiful views over the river. Easily accommodated our family of four. Enjoyed the additional touches like the games, cook books, boogie board and sand toys!While the apartment is modern and immaculately cleaned, if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to consider one of the rooms at the back and away from Beach Rd as the traffic noise can get a bit much. Otherwise, a great stay and we would go back!"

"Location of the house was good, the house was good however the cleanliness of the house wasnt the best. Spider webs can been seen near the windows as we were trying to open them and on the door as well. One of the toilet has no toilet paper provided and hair was found in the ensuite toliet. Also no sponge in the kitchen to clean upbas well onllin"

Upstairs the property was very clean and modern Unfortunately there wasn’t an internal stair case so in bad weather the outside steps were open to the elements and they became very sliperly. Very poor lighting down the back steps. I am vision impaired and struggled. Downstairs the couches were very uncomfortable the springs in the lounge were broken "

"We loved the peaceful location of this property! Being right on the beach was relaxing. This is a large house with lots of space and comfortable seating! It’s really close to Bateman’s Bay and other lovely beaches up and down the coast."

"Close to Bateman's Bay without being in the ' city' quiet, Long beach is close and a really nice beach. accommodation was good, Beds were comfy and lots of place to escape the family. Dog friendly with nice walk out the back and enclosed area"

"We had a wonderful stay. I really appreciated all the little touches in the house. The owners have thought of everything from children’s toys and games to a well stocked kitchen and beach towels available to use. We will definitely be back."

"Nice property but if you are looking forward to using the pool clarify that it will be open as it was closed for our entire 3 day stay very disappointing. Also access is via steep tiled stairs that are very slippery when it’s wet and sections have no handrail. one of our guests had a very nasty fall so I would say the property is not CCD suited to those with mobility issues in particular. Great location close to shops ect"

"Overall our stay was very pleasant and the holiday house felt like home. The kids were entertained with the variety of board games as well as the many activities. The balcony setting was also our favourite spot during meal times and watching the sunsets. This was a very enjoyable holiday and we look forward to returning again."
