Must tell people to go to the Napoli restaurant a few steps away. Fab food! We were pulling a bass boat, so our check in took awhile to figure out where the boat ramp was...but got it done. "Everything was very nice about the property and exactly as described. It was spacious with plenty of room for us to hangout together or separately if we chose. My only complaints were regarding the kitchen. The floor was not as clean as it should’ve been upon our arrival. Also, we had to contend with ants until I used salt as a deterrent that kept them off the kitchen counter for the duration of our stay. "

"Great house on SM lake. Our college age kids enjoyed swimming off the dock and relaxing on the dock and decks/porches. We did a 1/2 day fishing charter and caught a lot of fish! Nice home in quiet neighborhood, would definitely stay here again. "

"The house itself is great. Plenty of space and everyone can spread out. The paddle boards were loved by the teenagers. Location is convenient to everything. House keeping and basic necessities need looked over. Reading the listing beforehand I know that I need to bring shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I never thought that we would spend over 400 a night drive 8 hours and show up and there be no toilet paper or hand soap. These are basic items that are offered at literally every other place...
