"In spite it is not a very centric hotel, it has public transport to the center at 5', and the trip is not more than 15', so it is good value for money if you don't want to spend all yourbudget in the accomodation. The staff if really kind and they helped us with everything. The breakfast buffet good and complete."

"Room good, condition good, clean. Air conditioning not working, not cooling so room was hot and uncomfortable. Maid service was poor, didnt replenish items that had been used and even took empty box for vanity set out of the bin and put it back in place."

"Extremely friendly bell staff and very quick service for baggage collection. The staff in the lobby/bar area were very friendly. The room was spacious and had tall ceilings, it felt grand but updated. Far away from the chaos of the center of the city but easy enough to walk to it. "

"I wish I could give this jewel of a hotel a 5+! The room enveloped you in comfort (heater bathroom floor) and beauty plus every surface shone with shiny cleanliness. We enjoyed our delicious coffee comfortably every morning from the pod with an awesome pastry that we picked up the night before from Oferl bakery down the block. For a bougie breakfast we went 2 blocks down to SIL. There were plenty of restaurants, stores, museums and public transportation lines within 4 minutes. The 1900 exhibit...

"The hotel was okay, pretty dated and even the door handles came off when using. Today one actually dropped hard on my foot, but maybe it was just our room. The room was also very humid even though we tried to turn the temperature down, maybe it was due to the bathroom with no ventilation, luckily the windows opened. I think the best part about this hotel is the location as it is very close to the city center. You can walk to most popular landmarks. So it depends what’s important to you. "

Yes, the rooms are well appointed, the bathroom well designed, the lobby has a great atmosphere- almost out of a Visconti film set...the spa could be better, the bar menu not that great but overall a brilliant antidote to luxury chains that try but don't reach a similar level. "Die Unterkunft war ideal für unseren Städtetrip! Die Lage ist sehr zentral, sodass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreicht. Auch Shoppingmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich, und ein Supermarkt liegt direkt nebenan. Die Busverbindung ist top: Nur wenige Meter entfernt ist die Haltestelle, von der man direkt vom Flughafen in die Innenstadt gelangt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber und sehr schön. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – absolut...

"Breakfast choice was excellent with great buffet and choice of dishes cooked in the kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful. Superb location within easy walking distance of many sites such as the cathedral, Hofburg palace and museums. Short walk to public transport network. We would definitely stay here again. "
