"The hotel staff are good especially reception and the gym but the spa which I was looking forward to it Wasn’t great You have to pay extra so my husband couldn’t use the facilities even though I had 3 treatments Which were not great the therapists are only just out of training yet they charge full price I must admit I was lucky with my facial which was excellent But the whole spa experience is not worth the money"

"We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable."

No walk in showers which make it difficult for people not able to use bath. "Loved this hotel. Great atmosphere and location. The rooms are excellent and the staff are great. The breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. The parking is very limited as expected in a central location. Otherwise there were no issues. Parking at the station is reasonably priced and only a 5 minute walk."
