"This property was the second one in this complex we stayed in. It was much nicer and had a more modern feel however it’s not in the luxury’ category. Heaters worked really well. The mattress was narrower than the frame so was very cramped for two people. The grout in the shower could have been cleaner and there was mould around the edge. "My partner and I had the most incredible weekend at The Peacock Pod, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, we felt instantly at home. "Receptionist rudeness -unpleasant jokes. The apartment look lake it haven’t been cleaned. We had to wait 2 hours before we have been offered an other apartment. "

"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay cottage was beautiful and cosy had everything we needed . We had a week away me husband 2 children and small dog . Lots of lovely dog walks close to shops restaurants and close enough to go into Chester for days out . Thank you for our Prosecco and biscuits we loved our stay and will love to stay again in the future highly recommend.hosts were very helpful we had a lovely time . "

"We had a fabulous time here. The property is excellent, check in a breeze, location idyllic and hosts fantastic.We really had a great relaxing time. The home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We used the slow cooker which I wasn't expecting them to have. A great stock of board games too. It is truly a home away from home. Hot tub was brilliant, my daughter loved it. We will definitely be back but for longer. "
