"Everything, including the breakfast, was wonderful. My only suggestion is to amend the hotel name listing. We walked in circles looking for “San Marco Palace” but the sign outside says “Hotel Royal San Marco”"

"Amazing property. Spacious and beautiful. Located right next to the Circus Maximus and a little strip of bistros and bars. While we were staying there were a few concerts at the Circus Maximus and we were able to enjoy them from one of the restaurants near the apartment. Recommend Guenda restaurant for great food and drinks just a few steps away. "

"Nice place to stay, excellent location close to everything"

"This property was fantastic! It was everything we were hoping for. We stayed here for most of a week and it was a wonderful spot for exploring Venice and the larger lagoon region.The main floor balcony and sitting area over the grand canal were wonderful for morning and evening lounging and watching the taxis, vaporetto, and gondolas go by. "Absolutely lovely property! The owners were phenomenal, highly communicative, catered to our needs/requests, ensured our comfort, and went above and beyond our expectations. The area had numerous shops and restaurants, while still remaining quiet and private. We asked for local restaurant recommendations and every single recommendation resulted in a fantastic, authentic dining experience. Any request was met with an immediate response. Customer service was superb. This property is truly VIP. "

"Waterway entrance is Venice perfection. Our suite was very large and well appointed. Electronic communications were very good and I would recommend you coordinate for water taxi transport to and from the airport. Fabulous!"

"Great location, very quiet and clean. Apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated and furnished. They provided everything we needed, silverware, coffee, pots and cups. Bathrooms have all the necessary toiletry and the showers have a great flow. Building has elevator and the room has amazing air conditioning. Beautiful view of the canal. Staff are very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of great tips and advice. We will definitely come back! "
