"Overall, we had a good stay, but there were a few disappointing aspects. The swimming pool was the main issue. There are two pool areas, but one was not really usable because the water was too cold for the season. The staff suggested using the smaller pool instead, but it was extremely small. In my opinion, it would be much better if they converted it into a hot tub or jacuzzi, which would make the experience much more enjoyable. "Perfect place to relax prior to visiting Machu Picchu or any excursion. Everything we needed was provided. They even arranged car service from Cusco. The location is prefect! I really loved hearing the river outside our room. Shops, restaurants and the train station is within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here. 5 stars!!!"
