"I was hesitant about this “virtual” property. I never stay at budget hotels, but all flights cancelled due to weather so no hotels. I will stay here every time. Room was clean, high tech, great lighting, fully equipped. Gym and pool access. Everything so seamless and perfect. I am wow’d. Did not expect to be writing a review like this on a 2 star (???). I might actually invest in this company. Perfectly executed concept. "

"The housekeeping staff did an amazing job. Immaculate. Dated property that has some cosmetic updates, but infrastructure still has issues. Hard work to get hot water. Lacking blackout curtains for those light sleepers. Location is amazing...the beach outside the rooms saves this place. Fire alarms went off in the night...twice. Couldnt be comped because we purchased third party through expedia."

"We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!"

"The rooms were nice, our room only had the 2 beds and microwave and fridge. No hairdryer so make sure to bring one. It is about a 15 minute drive to Clearwater which was nice to eat. There were not any shops in a walking distance but the beach was right on property!! "

"A wonderful location in theory. Calling it a resort is a bit of a stretch, it is constantly overrun by locals and others who have not paid to be at the “resort” leaving little room for those who are guests to enjoy the space. No real amenities to speak of but we were there to enjoy the sand and sun which I’d give a 10/10, close to the beach, you always have your 2 chairs and umbrellas with staff more than willing to help out. "Check in was AMAZING - Linda was checking us in (and we arrived well into the evening) was so thorough and helpful. The room was good. Location was amazing for easy access to the game and a centralized location.
