"This is a bed and breakfast that DOES NOT include breakfast. You can pay the extra $21 pp otherwise you get free smells and that's it. Apparently this was a change made in January 2026. The house is quaint and has lots of potential. We stayed in the 3rd floor room which meant lots of ducking your head to avoid the slanted ceiling. Yes, it was dead and yes I did bring i to their attention. My only request was to please have the room double checked and linens changed. Left for graduation only to come back to find that it hadnt been done but the staff was in the hallway so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it would be taken care of...

"My stay was great. Only problem my wife booked my trip while I was traveling from Houston, I wasn’t sure what time I would make it in. My reservation was cancelled due to me arriving the next morning past check in. I didn’t receive a call confirming I was arriving early morning they just canceled and it was a bit of an inconvenience especially after driving 12hrs."
