"From the moment we arrived they were very welcoming. Property very clean and great food. We had our 13 year old son and he had a blast from swimming, meeting new friends, playing basketball and enjoying the access to the beach. It was simply amazing."

"The parking was very limited. We traveled with two vehicles, but only one car was allowed to park on the property. The hot water was not hot enough at night. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed a strong kimchi odor. The internet speed was also too slow. The entire hotel is in need of renovation. Considering the condition of the property, charging $300 per night is completely unreasonable and does not reflect the quality of the accommodations provided."

"It was clean from the room to the bathroom. Hotel breakfast was hot. Staff was super helpful and provided more towels for us as we requested. Super close to everything like Mission Beach, Midway, etc. The hotel was near lots of gas stations and quick food spots which was helpful if we needed a late night snack. Will stay here again if I come back to San Diego."

"One of the best deals you could find in San Diego! I spent a long time looking for a cheap yet comfortable motel and this was the best option. Had everything you could need for a few days in the city. Room included a fridge, microwave, and TV- all big sizes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Exterior of motel also makes it a comfortable environment. The outdoor decoration and location was a bonus."

"The staff was the best part of the stay - they were great. Would give 5 stars for them alone. The beach amenities and bikes were a plus and made it fun. Room was older and needs updating but nice patio and great to have such convenience to beach and ocean walk all the way to Mission Beach."

"This was an amazing place with an incredible nostalgia. We got there at midnight the first night because of a late flight. One of the members of the family who owned this place, showed up at the gate and let us in. When you get there, you get a key to open the gate into the garden area. The rooms are old, but designed with a lot of charm. We had the bathroom with the pinewood tub. The entire experience was five stars. If you’re looking for brand new and shiny sparkly, this is not your place. If...
