"Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"

"This hotel was the worse hotel I've ever stayed at. First they had no vending machines for drinks. Had no drinks at all. second, the room was very outdated, killed a big cockroach in the bathroom. Beer cans in the elevator. I left a day early because I didn't feel safe. I was traveling alone and the only reason I picked this hotel is because it was the closest to Methodist Hospital where I was visiting a sick friend. Beware"

I arrived late at night to a completely dark lobby with very few lights on, which immediately felt unwelcoming and unsafe. The front desk associate seemed uninterested, lacked professionalism, and treated my concerns as more of an inconvenience than a priority. "What I liked was that the staff was helpful when I checked in. They had problems with the cards that let us in to our room. So for 2 days they had to accompany each and every guest to our rooms. It was the first time that I have seen such a problem in an hotel. They should change the company that provide such a poor service."

"Whoever thought putting Bluetooth speakers in each room for guests to use was not thinking about the drunk guests that come up from the bar at midnight and blast their music. I stay in a lot of hotels but this was the worst experience I’ve had. The staff was good the location was good but the noise was unreasonable. It may have been isolated to my area but I doubt it."
