"Nice hotel with a wonderful breakfast buffet. Room was great. I only have a few things I didn’t like. We were next to an exit door, and it slammed so many times when people went in or out. The shower was so slippery you had to hang onto the bar in it. Also, the heater/air never shut off, so you heard the noise constantly even on low."

"Checked in at 2:45 but room not yet available. Returned after event t 6:30 and reception desk closed. Redirected to 3 people at bar and last was able to print key for us. Bar was busy and didn’t seem the best process. Everyone was pleasant . Enjoyed our stay."

"Staff is super friendly and very attentive. Rooms were great and perfect location for Bucks game or visiting Milwaukee. Room was large and well maintained. Only complaint was the continental breakfast was team was short staffed and silverware and food were slow to come out from the kitchen area. Hotel was busy they were just short staffed in the kitchen area."

"Booked this place for a week and arrived on a Thursday. By Saturday night, the guests staying next to us were extremely loud and rowdy. They threw a party and blasted music so loudly that the walls were shaking from around 10 PM until 2 AM. I called guest services five times. Staff went to the room twice, and on the third visit they finally asked the guests to leave because they refused to stop the party. The rest of the stay was “okay,” but overall the hotel did not feel safe or well-managed....
