"Amazing room. Like a suite with a separate sitting room. Sea and downland views from the bedroom and sea view from sitting room. Spotless rooms and bathroom. Lashings of hot water. Super quiet too. I eat in the conservatory in the evening and the menu was very varied. Everything I had was cooked perfectly. "What a perfect place for a little getaway. Couldn't fault a thing, it was all spot on. Welcoming staff, excellent and generous breakfast included, super comfortable beds, great old bar and a lovely location. Highly recommended. "

"Just a rare find these days. Everything you could hope for. Exactly the best type of old village pub, great atmosphere, fine tap room and diversity of excellent food and drink. Menu delicious…. "A lovely hotel with all the facilities except a car park. But there's plenty off parking nearby, so not a problem. Our room was clean, bright and had a wonderful outlook. Definitely worthwhile having a sea view room. The bar was well stocked and the restaurant served top quality food which was cooked to perfection. But a special thanks must go to all the hard working staff that made our short stay most enjoyable. "
