My room was around the back where there was additional parking in from of the lodge. My room was a suite with a proper full size, king size bed. "Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

"Lovely old pub in beautiful Faversham with a description of its history in the room. No noise from the pub in the room. Room beautifully appointed. Good local tea & coffee pods. Good shower in spacious bathroom. Comfy bed. Beautiful high quality curtains. Excellent breakfast including perfectly poached eggs. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere in pub in the evening. All ages."
