"Relaxing and convenient location for a quick stay!"

"The house has a very large open living room upstairs, plenty of bedrooms for us. The backyard is large, although most of it fairly steep slope towards the lake. The lake was up several feet when we stayed, so the beach in the photos was under water. Pella is a 7-8 minute drive away. Overall we liked the property."

"Hi there! I had a wonderful time in the room and got the much-needed rest I was looking for. The space was clean and minimalist(good thing). I do have a couple of suggestions: a coffee table would be a useful addition along with a wall clock, and it would be great if the rear entrance from the parking garage were more accessible. Also, I found navigating from the Star Trek spaceship walkways to the building a bit tricky. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again!"

"We came to Des Moines for the wrestling state tournament. We were just a block and a half away from the skywalk to hop on and stay indoors the whole way to Wells Fargo Arena.This home was clean, easily accessed, and just what we needed for a short stay! Great communication with the owners :)"

"This condo was a breath of fresh air. Tall ceiling and lots of sunshine. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen clean. Felt like a home away from home. The view of the capital building was a fun little plus. The lock box to get into the building was a bit difficult, but once inside it was fairly easy. Close walk to restaurants, bars, and parking garages. Would stay again. "

"Our stay was wonderful. Everything was perfect with the house. A bathroom downstairs and an extra mirror are the only things that could make this house better but we made it all work and are very pleased with our stay!"

"Our group of 16 had a great stay at this spacious home. The comfortable bedrooms were easily shared, and though the house was warm during the day, it was comfortable at night. The kitchen was adequately equipped, but could benefit from additional basic items like pots, pans, and measuring cups."

"Property was clean, and host was great to work with. Close proximity to Wells Fargo Arena so made getting to and from our concert easy. We opted to park in the nearest parking ramp, and it was spendy. Host did offer a cheaper option but didnt check it out. "
