"Initial impression upon entering the property is very positive, pleasing to the eye. The view of the Ohio is very satisfying. A generous kitchen and great room make the stay so enjoyable. A very large screen TV that can be easily viewed from anywhere in the kitchen or great room. The internet connection allows for your streaming pleasure. That was easy. "Husband and I had to be out of state on short notice and preferred to not stay in a hotel. Found this AMAZING getaway, close enough to where we needed to be, yet at the end of the day wonderful relaxing nights. Quiet, beautiful, best sleep I have had in years! "Our weekend stay was perfect! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and very remote. The property was so beautiful with great bird watching. It was a perfect way to spend my 48th birthday. We will definitely be back!"

"I visited the tree house for a girls weekend and it was more beautiful than I was even expecting. Cindy met me the minute I pulled into the property to lead me back to the house. She was wonderful and gave me very thorough instructions on how to operate the generator, etc. The house is adorable and was so clean. The view was spectacular! We saw many deer and other wildlife and really enjoyed sitting outside by the fully stocked campfire. I highly recommend this location for a getaway with...

"It was very clean and in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. Just wanted to get away from the city and work stress and this was a great place to do so. "

The first floor master suite was perfect for the couple who has trouble with stairs, the lower level was nice for another couple who like sports.The upstairs bedrooms/baths were very comfy and the home is stunning. "Cute cabin. Quiet and peaceful setting. Didn't see another person while we were there. Very close to Squire Boone Caverns and less than an hour from Marengo. "
