The images on the website didn't accurately represent the room, (paid extra for a larger room) which was a letdown from the start. But it was alright. "Enjoyed our stay at Crown Plaza Leeds. Reception staff friendly and we were met with ice cold juice & cake which the children enjoyed. Pool is a good size. Rooms comfortable. We ate in the restaurant, food was delicious, staff were great. Our only negative feedback was the staff member on the leisure club reception did not speak to guests and interact with them in the same warmth and politeness as the other people we met. But overall really good stay and would recommend the hotel to others."
