"A great location, quiet, and near to the railway station and the city centre. The hotel is full of character, has good-sized rooms and a small friendly bar.
The staff are always friendly and helpful, making you feel very welcome as of you were at home.
I was very fortunate to stay in the Sir Roger Moore Suite, a splendid suite with a bath you just have to relax in!
The hotel is my first choice when I stay in Leeds.

Apartment well provided with microwave/ oven grill. Washer. Dryer, fridge with freezer compartment .kettle, cutlery pans plates etc.
Shower cubicle small but bathroom ( no bath) good design and condition.
Negative points, dryer would not dry clothes, it did try. No net voile in window.Open curtains gave good view of road junction from 1st floor room, like being in a BIG SCREEN"
