"I had to call Vrbo to call the host, Holly to send me the key code for the doors for entry.The rooms were clean.The livingroom futon was what was used as a couch to sit on, very uncomfortable. It was broken down from excessive past use.The coffee table was seeing better days looked like it belonged in trash pickup pile.The rooms were cold and tried to turn on the heat, never came on to heat up the rooms.Notified host of heating issue, never responded till next morning. "The property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully organized, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The space was welcoming and well maintained, making us feel at home right away. The owner was outstanding with communication—providing clear, timely details before and during our stay—and even took the time to personally meet us upon arrival, which made the experience feel especially personal and stress-free."
