"We had a great time! There was enough room for all of us. Kitchen is well-stocked and large. Lots of space to hang out in. We used the kayaks and canoe and enjoyed fishing from the dock. "

"We had a great time at Gold Cove! The house had everything we needed, including gas on site! Kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, tools, gadgets and small appliances - even had a Ninja blender! The water was quite warm - spa like - on the private side, public side was a bit nicer temp. The only downside was a boat rental and not being able to have it at the dock at the house, but we made do and kept it at the marina which was 5 min away. "The house was perfect. Very updated, very nicely decorated, loved the backyard and front porch!! Beds very comfortable. Was very clean! Honestly can’t say one negative thing about the house. Not really walkable to much of anything, but very short drive to all the great bars and restaurants on the water. Would definitely stay again if ever back in town. Host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. "

"The inside of the property is fairly nice and defintley adequate for a nice getaway. However, the outside of the home needs some work. It's not falling apart, but could use cleaning, painting and a few touchups/repairs in some areas. The decks are dirty and could easily be cleaned. The house's hardie siding is faded and dirty and needs painting. The gutters need cleaning and painting and areas of the roof need to be cleaned off. I noticed these areas because I am a contractor.
