"When we checked in we had to move to a doiuble room as the TV in the room we reserved was not working. 2 days later were were told it was fixed. It was not and we had 3 of NO TV. They staff appologized but we were stuck in a room with no TV for those 3 days. When I finally had enough, the Manager couldn't be bothered to speak with me and left it up to the desk clerk. That really left a bad taste in my mouth that I wasn't even worth his time. No discount was offered at any point."

"It was a wonderful stay, the room is great, the staff is excellent, my only criticism is the room is very dark and on the 1st floor you really can't leave the drape open, and they have the most uncomfortable plastic chairs to sit in. If you are working on your computer or trying to watch TV, they are very hard to sit in for long periods of time. They provide a coffee pot but no coffee or cream or sugar and there are no utensils if you are planning on using the microwave or even cups to drink...

"This place had mold over the shower and throughout the bathroom. The pool didn’t have the circulation pump working so the water wasn’t being filtered. The staff is incredibly rude. Refused to give me a receipt when I requested it. We were booked for 4 nights however only stayed the first night as we arrived in Tuscon late evening. Terrible way to start a weekend. So many things are wrong with this hotel. From electrical issues, disabled fire alarms, to the handle of our sink broken and just left...

"No, cause I never booked a stay there, and I cancelled and you wouldn't give me a refund. Cause someone used my phone without my authorization and booked a non-refundable room. I never used the room and canceled before check in. Don't know if someone fraudulently used it, but you won't even check. Don't know what the room number was. But I want a refund "

"The room was HUGE! Everything was clean and comfy. We only stayed one night as we were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility. Looks to be ideal for long stays. Our hallway smelled like Indian food, which I loved but my daughter wasn’t a fan. The scent did not follow us into our room. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! It was especially a great value for what I paid."
