"I arrived in the hotel at midnight. The person in the front desk was unhelpful. The rooms are far away from the reception so if you arrived at midnight in a taxi you have to walk by yourself with your suitcases. When I finally arrived in my room I discovered the toiled was dirty (with poo)I called the front desk she said I can leave the hotel with no charge at 1:00am. So, I have to stay. I when outside to find a stick to clean the toilet. Then I used antibacterial and perfume. The worst...

"Our Room Keys didn’t work multiple times. It’s so frustrating especially when you and your family is exhausted and you can’t even get to your rooms quickly. We also experience it outside in the parking lot and we have a lot of things and hoping we can get in on the side door when room keys supposed to work. I need to go back on the front desk just to activate my keys. It’s so disappointing especially i always book in this hotel chain when traveling."

"If you book through Expedia you are not guaranteed the room you booked and paid for, if they have to downgrade your room, you will not get a difference in pricing. The beds were comfortable, the couches were both stained and dirty. The pillows are fluffy but flat as soon as you lay on them. For the price I wouldn’t stay again. My opinion tho, it’s not bad but not good for the price . Staff were the best part about my experience. Very respectful and kind. "
