staff was slow to come out to help when you where at the desk. I needed to do laundry they advertise self laundry and I went all over looking for the laundry room only to find out it was not operational at this time. Aubrey was very pleasant and kind. The Loft is a wonderful location that we visit at least twice a year. So many fun things to do in the Petersburg area and Springfield is close and easy to navigate. The fact that we go back over and over speaks volumes about how we feel.
