"I would love to give 5 stars, the resort was nice, clean for the most part and food was good except for at The Mix, which we had to pay an extra $45 per person for as it was not included in our AI package. The resort as a whole was very short staffed which caused all staff to be over worked and most not so friendly. Most staff members never smiled when approached whether it be at checkin or front desk in general, or at all restaurants and bars. There were a few exceptions where certain staff...

"The hotel promotes breakfast included but this was such a dissapointment. Plain coffee, no juice, very minimal bread, ceral croissonts. Such a dissapointment on top of the beach being un-usable due to the sargassum. This could have been an area to make it up to guests and they failed here. "
