"This hotel listing says it has a pool and is one of the reasons for our choice. There is no pool however! Room was clean and decor lovely. Beds were not comfortable and guessing mattresses should be replaced. Parking is terrible and they have the nerve to charge you for poor access. We were directed to entrance B as the closest to our room for loading/unloading . Actually entrance A was the closest. Only luggage carts available however are at front entrance where there is no parking. Terrible...

"We had a great room on the 4th floor. Spacious and included a nice little kitchen. The hotel location is convenient to local shops and restaurants. Staff was attentive and friendly. I have now found my go-to place when visiting family in town. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the housekeeper ran our dishwasher with only 5 small items in it; it ran for a long time and was very loud. They provided dish soap but no dish brush or we would have simply washed them ourselves. "

"The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...
