There was a power outage during our stay which took about a half hour to restore and left us without working AC, following up the TV apps like YouTube or anything involving WiFi stopped working completely until the next day. "Start off, there are roaches. Secondly, the pool was very cold and the complementary breakfast was very limited. When you complain to the staff, they say they can't do anything and would have to talk to the manager. I will give this less stars than one If I could. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again."

"Very little to like. The electrical power went off, the hotel was not able to fix the power outrage because they did not have a back up generator. Expedia customer service was poor at best and kept me on the phone close to two hours to solve the problem."

"There are a lot of renovations going on, and it might not be at the height of its game… But they do everything they can there to make you comfortable… Including upgrades and five star service. We would definitely go back they are renovating the spa which I believe is probably taking away from giving attention to other parts of the property, but I believe the owner and his staff have all the right intentions and because of that and because of their service, we will definitely be back."

"We had a wonderful stay. The room and home was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was a highlight, with a spacious Jacuzzi bathtub that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything was comfortable, and we enjoyed our visit. We would definitely stay here again."
