"The staff was very friendly, both front desk and servers in the restaurant and the room was clean, however the shower gel bottle was empty.
The breakfast was mediocre, mostly empty dishes and bowls and no replenishment.
The valet was super quick to bring the car and loaded my luggage.
I would stay here again"

"The hotel itself upon entering had an awful smell that made me nauseous. The valet parking daily parking fee was way too expensive and time consuming when having to wait for valet to pay for your car. The WiFi SUCKED!!! And we had NO and I mean NO hot water and that was for multiple people in other rooms. The price they ask for because it’s near the harbor is a joke. I asked a manager for a discount or partial refund for not having no hot water and I was told I would and yet I still haven’t...

"We had a harbor view room on the 24th floor with a spectacular view of the harbor. Comfortable beds, nice shower and recently renovated. In walking distance of many attractions and good restaurants. We did the self parking which has a walking bridge to the hotel, and saved half of the valet service. Wonderful experience overall."
