"We had a great stay! Room was clean, the amenities were great. Staff was very friendly as well, especially the Honey’s restaurant staff. Food was great, we enjoyed the happy hour. Everything is walking distance, the beach is about a 5 minute walk with lots of places to eat or a grab a drink. We would definitely stay again. "

"Nice and clean. Easy to check in.. 2 blocks from the beach and plenty of shops and authentic food in walking distance... We didn't need a rental car because this place is so close to the premier places to be in South Beach. This place has a Pennsylvania Ave address but it's literally a step from Washington. I plan to stay here again if I got to Miami Beach!!"

"Perfect for the price. One of the AC's was a little weak, and the door was wide open when we arrived. Otherwise perfect. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. It was incredible to have the toilet and shower separate in a larger group (7). Only complaint was that they only gave us one roll of toilet paper! Location was great, couldn't hear any other guests."
