"The Upsun hotel was a decent stay, however there could have been a lot more effort put into this hotel to make it enjoyable for guests. A few notable examples would be repairing the showers as they tend to leak and leave a mess on the floor. The fridge was also broken and not cold. The floors were not swapped in the rooms, and the stationary items such as the ice bucket and coffee maker were not cleaned. The phone was broken and there was very minimal WiFi connection. "The kitchenette was well equipped. Could have used some dish detergent and some more towels for hand washing dishes. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The temperature controls and cooling system worked very well and quietly. Check in and communicate very easy. The room needs more hooks and towel bars. "You have to go to a restaurant to check in and how are you supposed to know this. The ice machine was out of ice when we left. The room could have had a microwave. The room was nice size and very clean. Plenty of food options nearby. Good location. Parking is at the local city parking lot which is $20 a day or hourly if you go in and out.
