However, the room didn't have a coffee maker, a bathroom door that wouldn't stay closed and a shower that was a drizzle. It took 30 minutes to get wet and getting the shampoo out of my hair was impossible. The second day we were there our room was not cleaned, and we didn't see maid service at all. My room was different to the one I originally booked but it’s ok because I was able to check-in early after a long road trip. The amenities were great! "I paid for a room on Expedia for my birthday, and when I got to the hotel the doors were locked and there was a note to call a #, so I did and the lady sounded like she was sleeping. She told me she had no rooms, and couldn't help me. I want a refund for that room I never stayed in it. Im still being to get it refunded, this is a mess."
