"Our stay was fine but it was very plain for a luxury suite. The rooms were sparsely furnished and the bed had cheap polyester pillows, not down ones. There was, however, a Nespresso type coffee machine, which was most appreciated. We did like having the two rooms, but thought it was very expensive and not as nice as other suites we’ve stayed at in Manhattan. They have a pretty restaurant and the breakfast was good. Coffee was by the cup, which, I don’t think is appropriate for a hotel."

"We love the location—close to the 14th Avenue subway station. Lobby is unique and hosts a good breakfast that comes with the room. Decor is ship-themed, with large “portholes” for windows.
