"Beautiful hotel with great views of the city. Wonderful staff. Zou Zous restaurant in the hotel is really good. We stayed in the deluxe king and there was ample drawer space to unpack. There are 2 Starbucks steps from the hotel and many outdoor seating areas around the hotel. The 7 train is 1 short block away, and Hudson Yards is across the street. We loved it!"

"The property is great. The room is cute and comfortable. The staff is so nice. The free coffee/tea/ water is great and they have a wine happy hour. The downside was the lobby was filled with people so there was nowhere for us to sit inside. It seemed like a lot of college students using their laptops and not hotel guests. "Great location, great staff, shoutout to the best bellman in the business (i wish i caught his name but he was working 9/29 at 11am) comfortable bed and room, free bottled water. The extra living area was great so I could watch football in the bedroom while my toddler was sleeping. Minor hiccup at check-in but the staff was helpful and friendly to get it right quickly. Would definitely come back. "

"Spent two nights at this Koreatown location, convenient to MSG, Moynihan station, Bryant Park & Times Square. Surprised by the little comforts-pantry with afternoon specialty coffees, flavored water, & morning brew. Lux king offered everything we needed, plus courtesy umbrella & robes. Room was quiet, in room fridge & safe appreciated. Do walk around the corner to Pio Bagels!"
