"Incredible experience -- bucket list lived up to all the hype - magical accommodations and incredible staff!!! Legendary history, matched by incredibly layered artwork, design, and charm. The cleaning/maid staff was so great - they even brought up cookies and fresh bottles of spring water before bed!! The concierge, Tracy, was really helpful and Oscar, our server in the Café Chelsea, made my daughter's birthday breakfast a great experience. "

"The location was great! We even walked back from shopping on 5th ave to the hotel. The room was small but it was fine as we were in and out. All linens were Frette, bed was super comfortable, and the shower was hot! We were on the 9th floor so we didn’t hear any street noises. Breakfast was grab and go but there was a hot option and there was space in the cafe if you wanted to sit and eat there. It was a perfect stay for the weekend!"

"Overall it was a great stay. I paid for city view and the view was very underwhelming for the 19th floor. My air conditioning was also not working. I had called to see if it could get fixed. I was told someone would come up to take a look at it and no one ever did. I had to open up the windows in order to get any form of air since the room was so hot. Very disappointed with how they handled that."

"Visited Manhattan for the first time in April 2026 and decided to stay at this Executive Hotel Le Soleil New York. Overall I'll call it a very good experience, and would potentially stay there again. Very convenient to the common mid-town attractions, including the Herald Square subway station. There is a nice steakhouse restaurant connected to the hotel that we chose not to eat at. Also, we opted out of the breakfast package, so I cannot comment on it.
