"Hot tub wasnt working would have liked to know that before booking since that was one of the reason i booked this hotel. Also having to pay $40 a night is a little ridiculous why not just put that included with the room price."

"It’s a very beautiful and historical hotel close to everything in downtown Cleveland. Our room was great with plenty of space and an extra sitting area. Kitchen and bar are open to midnight with great food. I highly recommend. "

"I've stayed here before and brought my family for a baseball game and to explore the city. Love the location. It's at an intersection of the city, lake, and river, so quick access to each. When we arrived, the staff was very warm and welcoming. It was a pretty quiet hotel. Cleaning staff did a great job too. We especially liked having access to a pool table. It was a nice small touch which went a long way for us. Fantastic visit. Only hotel we'll ever use in Cleveland."

"We were in a two floor room and it was spacious but it was not well kept. The furniture had stains and the floor did as well. The pull out mattress was awfully dirty and I couldn’t let my children sleep on it. I asked for extra sheets and pillows and they just gave us sheets. The hallways were dirty and the lighting in the room had bugs in it. I would definitely not stay here again despite the very sweet staff and good location. "

"We were pleasantly surprised with his hotel. It was quite nice. Probably the only negative thing was there was some rumbling from inside the building. We couldn’t figure out if it was a subway or if it was the building itself. It periodically would shake the walls. Very historic building. We would stay there again for sure."

"I informed the young man at the front desk that when we turned the heat on it smelled like burnt. He immediately switched our room. Thank you so much. It made a difference for my family and I to being able to sleep without any worries. I also called them because we were held up at the car rental place and they held our belongings until we got that. This was a great place to stay. Thank you!! "

"Hotel overbooked and our payed two queen rooms got taken by bus loads of band kids before we could check in and we were offered to take two rooms with king beds or cancel the reservation. We had booked for seven people to sleep. After talking with property manger, they gave us three rooms with king beds but we had to compromise our sleeping arrangements. When reaching out to Hilton directly they offered no help. Told us to contact Expedia. Person at front desk was by himself and clearly...
