"Friendly staff, proper country pub vibes but lovely and quiet room that was clean and comfy. Parking was a little confusing as the car park is very small, but road parking is available all around. Shower was a bit low on pressure but a personal preference. Would strongly recommend to anyone visiting the area or heading further south/west as a stop over!"

"Simply fantastic. Be that the location, food, drinks and the whole aesthetic of the pub & rooms. The star of the show was Manager Joe, I’ve never felt so welcome or accommodated at any property before. I would stay again in a heartbeat."

"So original, and nice. My best sleep ever. and superb breakfast, made special for you.. Definitely coming back. Thought i couldn't checkin after kl.22.00 But i was 45 min late so they left a key for my room.. = Good service.. BUT there was no info on Hotels about checkin and out times."

"The property is beautifully designed. It is compact but well planned out and very tasteful. Everything you need is there. The breakfast basket is delightful! The cottage is attractive and in a lovely location. It is so easy to just walk across the road for dinner. We loved it!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Peartree. Nice property and very clean. Front desk staff were wonderful and helpful. The 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous, spacious and quite comfy. It is conveniently located across the street from the Salisbury station, which was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Hidden away only a couple of miles from the lovely market town of Sturminster Newton, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Justin is a lovely host and we were incredibly well looked after. Super full English breakfast and Good amenities in the room. Highly recommended."

"You need a shop to sell the toiletries available for guests as well as local beers and ciders and cakes and biscuits. And perhaps links to local artists; prints make good souvenirs. "

"Una esperienza diversa. Una struttura d'epoca a poche centinaia di mesi dalla Cattedrale, rimodernata ma che conserva intatte le caratteristiche originali. Siamo entrati attraverso il pub e ci siamo "arrampicati" su una scala di legno fino al terzo piano (senza ascensore). La ns camera era una famigliare molto ampia, completa di tutto e con un suo fascino antico. Davvero gentili i ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura. Colazione favolosa. "Dinner was amazing. The service was awesome. Loved all the quirky things to look at throughout both the pub area and our bedroom. Wish we could stay longer to explore these more. Nice little touches like pot pouri in the bathroom. Comfortable bed for a good night sleep. "
