"The home like features of the room were the highlight of this hotel. The room came with pots, pans and dishes including dishwashing soap for the dishwasher and a fridge - everything you could need to feel "at home." There is also a decent grocery store near by you can stock up at for food. The hotel staff are extremely nice and friendly. It really did feel like you were at home. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I am in Southampton."

"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

"stayed one night, what a great place, everything was perfect, very close to the beach, really quiet at night, the owners provided fresh milk, orange juice, and some crisps, biscuits, and cereal. Loved the beach decor in the room, if I am ever back in the area will stay again."

"We had an excellent stay at this property! The house was spotless, cozy and really well equipped with lots of attention to detail. Very comfortable beds too. "No door key as all digital, had to use phone which is ok but only gives access to 1 person. Shower temperature was luke warm at it's hottest, shower gel dispenser didn't work. Also the air-conditioning didn't work, had to use the fan instead. Room was noisy due to the adjacent pub."

"Great base to explore IOW (by car), nowhere is very far away.Enjoyed visiting Godshill, Shipwreck Centre, Carisbrooke Castle, Newtown Nature Reserve, Freshwater Bay (great waves!), Cowes, Sandown, Ventnor and Shanklin. Also climbed Bembridge Windmill and had lunch at St Helen's beach.Had a boiler breakdown on first morning so had no hot water for 4 days, happened on the Friday so difficult to find someone to repair it. The home owners were very apologetic (no-one's fault) and did all they could...
