"There were roaches! They made me pay in cash. I checked out early and they refused to refund me my money. It is next to a strip club so it doesn’t feel very safe. The room cleaner slammed on the door so loud I was woken up (i was working night shift). All of the staff was rude. The rooms look like they haven’t been updated in 30 years. "I booked this room on Expedia and received confirmation in the morning of my reservation. At 6 PM I went to check in and was told my reservation was canceled. Of course, all they had were the Jacuzzi rooms which were more than double the price that I was quoted. I had to call several hotels to find one that had a room. I had an event that I had to be at at 8 PM and had to really scramble and was very stressed afterward. Just terrible"
