"Upon check-in it was about 9:00 p.m. the room they sent us to already had people in it. So back downstairs we went only to find no one at the desk. We waited and finally got a room. Not the cleanest room, but we were tired as it was 930 by this time. In the morning while taking our things to the car, we noticed the side doors were not closed, so anyone could walk in. For the price for one night, it sure was disappointing"

The location of this hotel is not only dangerous but it is not appealing to the eye at all. I had no idea that it was in the middle of a number of dispensaries. "My spouse and I chose the Baymont Inn and suites in Northwood,. Ohio mainly ,because of the reasonable price and that it included breakfast. Upon arrival, we found our room to be clean and the staff helpful. The hotel was near a great selection of places to eat and convenient stores for everyday needs . The hotel was just what we needed for our couple of week's stay while waiting for our house to be finished . Despite the hotel being off of I-75, it was very quiet and peaceful. We recommend...

"House keeping was some what to be desired,b but was corrected when brought to there attention"

"We liked everything about this hotel but two things surprised us and made the stay more expensive than anticipated. First, only paid parking was available and the hotel alerted us to this fact right after we were locked in with no chance for cancellation. Not surprising since the hotel is downtown, but it would have been helpful had the information been more accessible before booking.
