"This ideally located rental is a great, clean apartment. The two bedrooms were roomy and we never felt cramped. That is saying a lot with four girls traveling together, one a teenager. It was ideal. My daughter slept in a room with her two daughters but on her own bed and the grandmother got her own room. Bedside tables and lights were thoughtfully placed. It could use more seating in main area. This seems to be a reoccurring theme everywhere we stay, enough beds but no place for everyone to sit...

"Super friendly and helpful staff, everyone spoke english although I try to practice my Italian. Very clean room and bed was nice and firm which been great for my back. A/C worked very good, wish american A/C's worked this good and quiet."

"This is a gem of a place to stay. Spacious apartment, very convenient to all things central in Florence. Staff very friendly. The breakfast included was wonderful. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Kleines aber feines Hotel mit 8 Zimmern in einer relativ ruhigen Wohngegend. Ab 00:00 wird es ruhiger und man kann mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles sauber. "It was a beautiful property. For the price the quality of the breakfast could have been better, and we asked for a bag to be mailed and they wouldn’t do it because it was a Sunday. We had hoped to not have to bring it on the train again. Overall, however, the staff was great and the property is beautiful and conveniently located."

"Very nice apartment with no elevator as expected but it is only on the 2nd floor so not bad. Very close to main piazzas and attractions. Travelled with my wife and 3 teenage kids. They enjoyed our time in Florence very much and the proximity of the apartment did factor in as we could stop for 1 hour breaks and then just walk back. Excellent and very courteous staff. They have a washing machine which was great, no dryer but they provided a rack with which we were able to air dry the clothes...

"This was the most beautiful hotel in our entire trip. Located in a wonderful historic building so close to the Duomo. Everything about this place was amazing especially for the price! Especially the decor, breakfast and the unbelievable rooftop terraces. We will definitely return to this hotel again and highly recommend it to our friends. "

"While a15-20 min walk to Florence proper, this hotel has a lovely pool. Amazing pastry shop nearby and a wonderful pizza place as well as a nearby public park with an outdoor cafe by the water. Also near a sort of time-out type of food market with restaurants. Just know that if you stay in rooms 1, 2 or 3 you will hear them getting the breakfast vroom ready early in the morning. "
