"No access from back parking lot to Hotel without walking around hotel? Door has a card reader but I guess owner/staff do not want to fix issue so they just make guest accomodate. You cannot charge drinks or snacks from their shot to your room like every other hotel so they make guests accomodate their issue. I would not stay there again."

"My daughter and I stayed here. Felt safe in the parking deck as it is monitored and gated. View from the room was great of the bridge. Breakfast was good with the hot offerings. The room was clean and hotel was quiet."

"The staff stunk. Didn't know dry cleaning. Lost 3 dress articles trying to recover from trusting their dry cleaning promises. No bar no lobby coffee. Breakfast runner who didn't speak English. Sleepy security. TV didn't work. 5 bucks for a small bottle of water. Chip on shoulder front desk...and on and on shame because Sharon is a good brand"

"Absolute wonderful location, just a block from Beale St. and a short walk to downtown to the north, the National Civil Rights Museum by the Lorraine Motel to the south, and multiple restaurants along Main St. to the west. The NBA Memphis Grizzlies and the Rock & Soul Museum are across the street. Sun and Stax Record Studio Museums are just 1 and 2 miles away. Hotel staff were welcoming and warm. "

"Couldnt stay there again, smelt musty, looked old, air con was loudest iv ever heard, was not a nice hotel, only ok if you need 1 night to catch the amtrak train early. I wont be returning."

"Overlook was closed, terrace was closed, bar was closed. Was promised a credit from the hotel supervisor and they have not given one and refused to give me anything in writing stating they would have to contact Expedia to process the credit and Expedia would send me a receipt. They lied. Wahlburgers however ten out of ten. The general manager tried to credit us for part of our room, but we have no credit from the hotel as of yet even though she paid them in front of us in the lobby. She also...
