The home was ideally located for a "home base" for our family for a wedding weekend. Easy to get around and easy freeway access.

Kristy made our stay smooth and easy. The home had ample space for our whole family. Kitchen was equipped for basic cooking. It’s in a nice, quiet residential area with convenient access to many restaurants and shopping.

The property was in a great location, easily accessible to Germantown, Collierville, Southaven, Ms., Olive Branch, Ms. and the interstate to get to anywhere in The Memphis area. The dwelling was very comfortable, the kitchen well supplied, bedrooms and baths were large enough and 4 adults enjoyed their stay. The reason we gave it 4 stars was because there were some cleanliness issues which can easily be addressed by the owner. The owner has been notified and given the details and assured us they would be taken care of.

The house was 5 to 7 minutes from my family's house. The driving distance for the grocery store, gas station, and the mall was very convenient. The rooms was very clean. The three bedrooms was upstairs which was a little challenging for my parents but we made it work. The host was reachable and she checked on us just to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything just reach out.

Short and Sweet

We were only there for a quick weekend and had a lovely stay. The house was clean and accurate from the photos. We would definitely stay there again. Kristy was prompt and pleasant to work with.

Perfect Location

This property is in a perfect location. Close to shopping, activities, and restaurants. This rental is in a quiet neighborhood which was very relaxing. The rental was spacious so it gave us room to spread out. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great choice for a family stay in Memphis

The house was everything we needed for a family trip to Memphis. We were in town for a youth soccer tournament, and this rental is only a few minutes drive from Mike Rose Soccer Complex, so it was a great choice. Clean and comfortable. We would rent again if we return to the area.

The place served our purposes and is very close to grocery stores, a Costco, and several restaurants. Property is an older home in an older but nice neighborhood. Home was mostly clean, but some of the soap dispensers were empty or almost empty. Carpet looked old and in need of cleaning. All bedrooms were upstairs and the stairs had several places where something poked up under the carpet - a little hard on bare feet. Also, my mom got a splinter when she rubbed her hand on the top banister. There is a small step outside the front door that is hard to see when exiting the house. All of us missed it at one point or another. Fortunately, no one fell or was injured. It would be helpful to have a rubber strip or bright tape placed on the step to make it more visible.

Got to explore Memphis

The house had comfortable seating in the living room and the beds were comfy also. House is dark and could use more lighting/lights, especially in the living room. Would have liked to spend some time in the yard to grill but the grill was unusable. The neighborhood was quiet and location was near many stores. Be sure to visit the zoo, botanic gardens and Bass Pro pyramid. And the barbecue cuisine was amazing!

Kristy, was an excellent host and has such a beautiful home.

My grandson and I spent Christmas at Kristy’s home and made new Christmas memories. We lost my parents and 100 year old grandmother within 3 weeks of each other, and this was our first Christmas without our loved ones. We chose to remember our family, our angels, and make new special memories, thank you Kristy for being a part of that..

The host was great , unforeseen weather caused issues with ice build up and she took care of it with a sense of urgency. House was in excellent condition . Would def stay there again if back in the area .

The location was quiet and easily accessible to the highway and stores. However, the home’s cleanliness was not what we expected when we arrived. Upon entry we noticed there was a wet/moisture smell in the house and thought it was due to windows being left cracked open until I noticed ceiling water stains. After closing the windows the smell became more pungent to the degree we all remained on the top floor in our rooms with room air fresheners I purchased and to avoid wasp that were in the home (my sister and I are allergic to their sting). Each day we killed 2-3 wasp in the lower level. This was reported and we were advised to use the spray under the kitchen sink which had no affect as it was expired. The dishes were still in the dishwasher and not cleaned so we left them as is and there were pans in the cabinets still dirty with grease, the air fryer was still covered in grease on the outside and inside, the bathrooms had used toilet paper rolls (not new) which were also water stained/discolored as if it were set out to dry from being completely wet, hand soap refilled with water, carpet dirty as we saw items/paper/dirt on the upstairs floors but couldn’t use the vacuum because it was completely full of dirt and dust to the brim. Finally sheets in two bedrooms had stains on them. Overall, the home was quiet in a nice neighborhood but, definitely not clean and well kept. Truly deserve a refund
