"Good clean room. Breakfast was ok. Not very many selections for breakfast. But what was there was good. No issues at all."

"Only one elevator worked . Having to ride the elevator with people who had a body odor or smell like weed. Our floor smelled like weed all week long. I requested a suite based on the photos on Expedia showing a walk in shower and whirlpool bath. I get a room with a tub shower together and the pillows was horrible and it smelled. We had to clean the room and buy our own pillows once we left we left the pillows there. The ice machine was leaking and the ceiling above was broken and broken pieces...

"The hotel is beautiful, unfortunately the stay was ruined by a huge group of kids staying for what I assume was a sports event.. They ran up and down hallways all night, clogged the elevators and left food in them. They were unattended and kicking a soccer ball around near the bar area as we tried to enjoy a glass of wine. It was a sleepless stay and I only wish staff could have addressed the adults with these kids so it could’ve been handled."

"Room floor was not vacuumed. Leaky roof/windows. Nasty trim. Bathroom walls had holes. Shower had no water pressure...."

"Saw a night manager get into a verbal altercation with a parent after he decided to yell at a child instead of going to the parent about the concern."

"Clean room but the toilet started to leak water all over, thankfully it was the last night. Staff was okay but not very kind. Breakfast was okay. Parking was great."

"Front desk was great,when we arrived and the dining room was very clean. The room wasn't clean in some areas and the price of each item was printed out,if something was missing you had to paid for it.The lady that check us out Sunday morning ,was so sweet and helpful,Wish other places would have people like her (White lady) Ty ❤️"

"Front desk was very nice and the breakfast lady was very helpful and the breakfast was great. The housekeeper never showed up we had to go get towels and pick up our room. Thank you , we enjoyed our stay there 😀"
