The location was great for exploring waterfalls & hiking but we didn’t do as much exploring as we had anticipated because it was so relaxing and peaceful at the property. "This is the 3rd straight year we have stayed here it's just such a a great place beautiful views, very clean house and a spectacular kitchen!! we have already booked this place for next year can't wait "

"This cabin is perfect for a small family or two couples. The location is perfect. There’s plenty of dock space. The screened-in porch overlooks a quiet bay. The cabin is just a few steps from the water. It was well-stocked and had everything we needed. I’d bring a fan along if staying during summer as the upstairs bedrooms were very warm on a hot summer night. We loved this place and hope to come back soon!"

"We really enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owners who were so nice. The home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable and most importantly the number one thing I look for is that it was clean. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need if you were to cook, large bathroom with everything you need as well, and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the town of Ashland and visiting Maslowski Beach, the tour of murals, the Apostle Islands Boat tour in Bayfield, Copper...

"We really had the best time here. The house was cozy, had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We spent our weekend swimming in the lake, grilling, and enjoying great company by the fire. It was nice to walk over to the nearby restaurant for a quick bite to eat and a cocktail. The highlight of our weekend was fishing off the dock, we caught a variety of fish. We are already planning our next trip to come!"

"We recently stayed here with our 3 adult children, their spouses and 5 grandchildren. The layout with 5 bedrooms on the main floor each with a bathroom and an enormous kids “bunk room” upstairs made this the absolute perfect place for our family vacation. This lake home is huge-from the minute you walk up to the front door you are aware of the scale with high ceilings, doors and spacious rooms. "The cabin was simple comfort for a couple and their dog, with all the necessities. The view of the river was beautiful and the fishing right out the door was great too. Excellent truck and trailer parking, with a plug in to charge the boat batteries. Great Lakes to fish within a 40 mile or less radius. We would definitely stay again!"

"Kitchen was excellently stocked with utensils, dishes, pans etc. and spacious.We could never get the combination for entry to work so used the “hidden” key.Plenty of towels and bedding. Over all plenty of room and furniture.With one bathroom and 6 adults it would be nice to have mirrors in each bedroom.We also grilled on evening.. Nice restaurants and cafe’s available."
