"We stayed at the Cottonwood Suites Savannah Hotel & Conference Center for one night on our vacation drive. The staff was very helpful at check-in. And they helped us look for a lost earring for quite a while. The hotel is very worn as were the furnishings in the room. The price for one night was appropriately low $130 including tax, so I guess you get what you pay for. The bathroom door was warped from the leaking shower, so it was hard to open or close. "There was no coffee in the room no microwave to heat your own hot water. And when somebody pounded on the door at midnight, there was no people to look out to see who was pounding. I’ll never go back."

"When we entered our room all the lights were on the shower was dripping and the floor was covered with water. There were dirty spots on the shower wall , toilet was dirty there was hair on the floor and footprint marks on the bathroom tile like someone just left the room . The was a dog in the room next door that barked the whole time we were in our room . The people upstairs walked heavily on the floor lots of banging going on it made it impossible to sleep . This hotel was very disappointing...

"The was no communication between the front desk and housekeeping. We were initially given a room that wasn't cleaned. Once we were given another room, housekeeping was not notified. We were awoken the next morning by pounding on our door along with someone trying to get in. It was a male housekeeper. As a single woman, I was honestly scared at the time. Upon relating the situation with management, NOTHING was done or offered for service recovery. I will never go back."

"We stayed over for one night for our travel to Anna Marie in Florida. We were able to Uber into River Street in Savanna to have dinner and drinks. We had a really good time and the hotel was very nice and clean."

"Room was clean, parking was excellent and Kitchen was nice. No one at the front desk when I went in. It took 15 minutes before anyone showed up. I called the office twice, could hear the phone ringing, but, no one picked up. Other than that the place was fine. "
