"This hotel had a very clean and spacious room for our final night in Japan in Tokyo near the airport. Cool decor. The rooms are quiet (could not hear airplanes) and there is a nice walking path and bike trail near the water. 7/11 nearby. Be aware it is not close to main Tokyo/shopping areas etc so plan time accordingly if you go back out you will be on trains awhile. We took a taxi from our Shinkansen to get here and had our big luggage and purchase boxes shipped ahead of time by Yamato...

"I came here as a solo female traveller for my first trip to japan and honestly it was amazing!! The room was very clean and I liked the layout a lot. The lights in the room are dimmable which is a plus for me. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
One small drawback was the walk to shinjuku station is a little longer than I personally would’ve liked but it wasn’t bad at all!"

We loved our stay here.
The staff is upbeat and they seem genuinely happy to see clients and serve them.
The rooms are stocked with room slippers and PJ’s and sliders to use at the hotel bath. We didn’t have time to try the bath, but I did see there is a male & female bath.
The rooms have face cleanser, face moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (which are all high in quality). The rooms also have body towels which can be used to scrub your body during shower...

"Great location, comfortable room. On site amenities we found extremely convenient were the coin laundry, a luggage storage, some restaurants and a kombini at the main hotel (next to the annex).
Staff were also very helpful when we wanted to use a luggage transfer service.
It is a big hotel, but we did not experience any inconvenience."

"Property was clean, professional and helped us when we needed it. They do support luggage transport via 3rd party so we could be able to go to the airport bag less. Washer and dryer worked. Recommend getting Flair or something to unwrinkle your clothes but that was the only thing we had to do ourselves. Great place for a 7 day+ stay."

"I stayed here in 2024 and returned in 2026. Yes it was looking tired in 2024 but still comfortable. Sorry to say the owners have allowed conditions to deteriorate futher, despite the efforts of staff doing their best to provide good service. Our double room was dingy brown, fittings were chipped and it was depressing to come back to. They have installed a glass smoking room near the reception desk which is also next to the few sofas which form the only common area for sitting."
