"I've always loved the Ebisu area of Tokyo for a couple of decades now. Now with this hotel right in the heart of it, I can live there too! It makes it so much more convenient for me, almost too convenient. All my favorite bars and restaurants in Tokyo are located within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Will certainly be back."

"This hotel is incredible. They provide lots of thoughtful extras, like pyjamas; you can also rent gym shoes, and they put umbrellas out for rainy days. It's above a fabulous food court where you can get a huge meal for about £6. The staff are super-friendly and attentive, and lots of them speak great English. There's even a laundry facility for guests to use."

"I call this place my home in Tokyo, that's how comfortable it is. To start off, the location is close to the shibuya station but not close enough so you're hearing and seeing the noise. The deluxe rooms are spacious, you can do laundry in your room and cook as well. I love buying take out or just eating convince food when im tired from all the walking & people while I chill in my room and watch TV. The staffs are all friendly and helpful, they are always willing to make it work for...

"High-class, but expensive stay in Shinagawa. It was super confusing getting to this hotel and the check-in process was a bit longer than expected. I'd rate it 5 stars if not for the confusing location and what can else can be offered in this price bracket."
