"This was my favorite stay in Japan! Beautiful, peaceful property with exceptional staff and service. I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. I'd definitely return!"

"Rooms were excellent with a wonderful layout, they were classy but economical and well appointed with great amenities. Beds were comfortable. The cafe connected was quite expensive with coffee at around 800Yen but it was nice to have that breakfast option. The front desk staff was not able to help in foreign languages so that made some things more challenging. Coffee in room was not replenished either which was disappointing as we stayed 5 days with 5 people in the room and only got 5 packages...

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House. The staff was fluent in English and extremely helpful with everything throughout our stay. We were surprised that water was left for us each day. My daughters bought stuffed animals from Tokyo Disney Seas and the next day when we returned to the hotel, they found them sitting on the beds that had the sheets replaced - it was one of those cute things that you did not expect!’ The location was also perfect for dining, shopping and transportation. "2回目の利用でした。客室のテレビでYouTubeなどが見られ、部屋にいる間も退屈せずに過ごせました。ドライヤー、シャワーヘッド、ボディソープ、シャンプー、トリートメントに至るまで全てReFaで揃えられてるのも嬉しかったです！電子レンジや洗濯機も客室内にあるので、そこも便利でした。本当に言うことなしです。また利用させてもらいたいと思います！"

"Our experience was by far the best that we have had at hotels. The check in was smooth and efficient which gave us more time to enjoy the rest of the day. You can enter the Subway right on the corner with and enjoy coffee at the shop next to entrance. We left for Osaka and they held 2 pieces of our luggage for 6 days."
