"Nice spot! Beautiful new build with lots of space fur a large group (we had 12). This house is located in a secluded neighborhood right on Lake Michigan. A few things of note: 1. The fireplace was a big draw for me in the listing so I was disappointed to read it wasn't functional but everything else was great.
