"We were in the area for riding the sand dunes and had a trailer with a sxs. The photos do not show a fence along the front of the property so we unloaded our machine parked it in yard and then unhooked trailer and pushed it into yard. There is a property with a camper across the driveway makes maneuvering a little tight. These are just FYI’s not complaints. One of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom, we only needed two bedrooms so it was fine. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking,...

"Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors...

"I have been staying at Cottage # 1, for over 20 years! My all time favorite place to stay while in the Ludington area. The host/manager of cottage is wonderful. Within easy walking distance to Stearns Park Beach and North Pier Lighthouse and close drive into shops, restaurants, bookstores, and the Ludington State Park, where you will find another beach, beachhouses, and the Hamlin Dam, Hamlin Lake, Lost Lake, etc...
