"Very nice place but expensive, unfortunately the owners have no experience in hospitality and expect the apartment to be bond cleaned. If you book this place, expect to be harassed and threatened for additional charges."

"Our family enjoyed the stay at this delightfully large home in New Norfolk. Plenty of room for us all the enjoy quiet times. Easy access to river and cliff walks. Great markets on a Saturday morning. Possums are in abundance. The only thing I would recommend is some outdoor sensor lights as we arrived late, and it was a bit tricky accessing the lock box in the dark and finding our way around. Other than that it was a lovely stay."

"Ideal location, neat & clean. Property owner very helpful responding quickly to my queries. Appreciated electric blankets & gas fire on a cool winter’s night. Old Hamilton Inn excellent for evening meal & breakfast. Picturesque town with plenty of history. Well worth the visit."

"We read the reviews and were intrigued. We stayed in winter, and it is cold in Bothwell. It would have been much more inviting if the hosts had the heater running prior to our arrival, but once the property warmed up after a few minutes the shock of how cold it was faded away. We stayed in the 1837 cottage. The accommodation is rustic, eclectically furnished and decorated, and gives an appreciation of life in times gone by. If you are after elegant, refined and well finished accommodation...

"We stayed for a week at Serenity and loved our time there. It is exactly as the pictures show. Plenty of room and unique features. The deck has a wonderful view and the location is great also."

"This was a great stay between Strahan and Hobart and close to the Mt Field National Park, where we did Russell and Horseshoe falls. The accomodation was clean and very comfortable. It was great to look over the fields where the alpacas lived to the mountains. The accommodation had everything we needed to be comfortable and we were instructed on what was available food wise before we came, as there are not many options once you get to Maydena. Highly recommend this place to stay."

"This lovely clean home was a great base for exploring Mount Field National Park and also the Maydena Bike park is next door. Great as a family/ group stay. Everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. As a couple we just closed off the other 3 rooms and it felt cosy. Very warm with lots of heating options. ( Electric heaters in every room, air conditioner and log wood fire?) Great washer and dryer for cleaning muddy hiking gear. Lovely timber kitchen table. Friendly and helpful...
