"Nice little cottage close to where we needed to be. The owner was very responsive. The only things I would improve would be a better AC system, maybe mini splits in the bedrooms. We ran the one in the utility room to keep things comfortable at night, but it’s kind of noisy. Also, needs another electrical outlet in the middle bedroom. Outside trash can was full so we couldn’t take out the trash. These are minor issues"

"The house is clean beds are comfortable everything is well maintained. We were visiting family in town and they were also impressed with the owners care. It's a great location with a lot of stores and restaurants that are well within walking distance. There is also a recreational center just north with an indoor water park to escape the summer heat."
